Washington, D.C. – Win It Back PAC has launched a new ad in Arizona’s Senate race blasting progressive Rep. Ruben Gallego for failing to support a bipartisan bill that would encourage the death penalty for criminals who kill first responders. The vote occurred after a 2014 incident where Sergeant Brandon Mendoza was killed by an illegal alien in Gallego’s home state of Arizona. The Hill’s Carolina Vakil covered the ad in an exclusive report.

The new ad is part of a nearly $1 million buy from Win It Back PAC attacking Gallego in Arizona’s Senate race. The ad willair in the Phoenix media market throughout the duration of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
